The Acolyte ministry at page-3184052 (Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, San Angelo) provides liturgical training and leadership opportunities for youth.

Leadership & Training

• Acolyte Master: Dennis Coyan
• Entry Age: Youth can begin training when they reach the third grade.

Progression of Duties

• Early Stages: Training starts with assisting with the offering plates.
• Middle & High School: Older youth progress to lighting the altar candles and carrying the processional cross.
